COPYRIGHTS:

The photographs produced by the photographer of Soulmates Studio are protected by Federal Copyright Law. The limited license of the resulting images will be transferred to the Nonprofit Organizations or client upon electronic delivery of the images.

 

The photographer grants the Nonprofit Organization / Client permission to share the images on following only:

Official INSTAGRAM account connected to the Nonprofit Organization / Client

– Online / email newsletter

 

The credit for creation has to be given each time upon the publication of the photos.

Credit line for social media outlets: @soulmatesstudio_nyc

Credit line for all the rest and print: Photo: Blazej Sendzielski / Soulmates Studio

 

The photographer does not grant the Nonprofit Organization / Client permission to share photos with other vendors, client or organizations without written expressed permission.

 

The images cannot be altered or modified in any way without photographers written permission.

 

Above license is restricted to 5 years in time and US Territory only.

MODEL RELEASE:

The Nonprofit Organization / Client hereby assigns the photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs taken during the event(s) or in which the Nonprofit Organizations/ Clients event(s) attendees appear, marketing, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction.

The Nonprofit Organization is obligated and responsible for obtaining written image publications permits from persons and legal guardians of minors under 21 years of age.

 

The photographer must obtain written permission from the Nonprofit Organization prior to print publishing, tv broadcasting or selling the photographs.

Soulmate Studio or its photographer is not responsible for any damages done directly or indirectly to the Nonprofit Organization / Client upon image publication and derived from it. These include but are not limited to: reputation, social image or social perception.
