If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
How do we share YOUR DATA?
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Soulmates Studio does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or companies except under the following circumstances:
- We provide shipping information to our shippers so that they may deliver the product to you.
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims
- We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, suspected copyright infringement, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law
We limit access to personal information about you to only those we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide Soulmates Studio products or services to you.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you.
Soulmates Studio may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a notice on our site.
Our website may contain links to other websites, including but not limited to the sites of affiliates, partners and resources. These sites may have different privacy policies and practices from ours. We assume no responsibility for the policies or practices of linked sites. You should contact that web site’s administrator with all questions or concerns about any external link.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you have an account on our site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
PAYMENTS
All credit card transactions carried out in connection with purchases from soulmatesstudio.com are transacted via third parties using secure servers. No financial details are retained on our server and the third parties only confirm to us that payment has been received and the name, email address and shipping address of the purchaser. The third parties do not communicate credit card or any other details to us and have their own, strict, privacy policies in place.
Retainers
A non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of signing of agreement. The remaining balance is payable on or before the event date. In the event the client fails to remit payment as specified, the photographer shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement with no further obligation, retain any monies already paid, and not attend the event(s).
Cancelation Policy
Please be mindful. As we understand that, there might be situations you need to cancel the service please understand that the non-refundable retainer is placed to secure the time and date just for you. If you cancel shorter then 24h or will not show-up for the appointment we are not able to schedule anyone else in place of your cancelation.
We kindly ask that you reschedule but not cancel your appointment if necessary.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule the photography service within 12h before the planned coverage by sending us email at soulmatesstudio@soulmatesstudio.com or by leaving us a message at (917) 327 3802. We will contact you to reschedule the coverage. The 18h rescheduling policy does not apply to the wedding or elopement coverage. You can also reschedule using the form attached to the confirmation email you will receive after booking.
In the event you need to cancel the photography coverage the retainter will not be refunded to you.
COPYRIGHTS
The photographs taken by the photographer are protected by Federal Copyright and may not be reproduced in any manner without the photographer’s explicitly written permission. The limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the client upon electronic delivery of the images and full payment of the remaining balance. The photographer grants the client permission to share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to the photographer. The photographer grants the client permission to print images for private purposes. The client must obtain written permission from the photographer prior to publishing or selling the photographs.
We kindly ask that you use photos with our stylish watermark for your social media sharing.
CAPTURE AND DELIVERY
The photographer is not liable to deliver every image taken at the event. The determination of images delivered to the client is left to the discretion of the photographer. The photographer will deliver images digitally with in eight weeks from the event(s) date and upon full balance payment. The client knows and accepts the photography style, aesthetic and overall look of the photographs taken by photographer.
MODEL RELEASE
The clients hereby assigns the photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The client releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.
GUARDIAN CONSENT
As a guardian of a person under 21 years old, I agree to the legally binding terms of above Model Release regarding the photographs of my child/children.
