Terrace on the Park - Venue with a view
Ania & Michal decided on Terrace on the Park to have their wedding reception in.
It is a great location with a wonderful view for Manhattan. Specially at night! Large spaces of historical significance for the city are a dream to take photos in. Ballroom is spacious and made for all the guests of the bride and groom.
Don’t forget to take advantage of the room that is ready and set for the reception. Lighting builds a big part of ambiance of this venue – besides the panorama of New York City of course!
I took this wedding photos for Ania & Michal in Terrace on the Park in spring. During that time also out side there is plenty backdrops to photograph. Trees in bloom will surly be your favorite one.
Brooklyn Church Wedding
We all started by getting ready in Brooklyn.
We were not sort on polish customary traditions. The Bridesmaids had full hands helping the Bride to gett ready before the groom with came to pick her up. With the sounds of the street band we went on foot to nearby church for the ceremony. The St. Kostka Church is spectacular for a wedding ceremony. It was beautiful!
DUMBO Couple's Wedding Session
After the ceremony and before heading out to Terrace on the Park we stopped to do all the portraits for Ania & Michal in DUMBO. We had so much fun with the whole bridal party and bride and groom.
Spending a good amount of time by the East River allowed us to capture both spectacular views as well as city industrial vibes of the city. Ania being a dancer had no problem spinning in front of the camera. Just take a look!
Reception in Terrace on the Park
Crazy and fun polish party has begun with traditional bread and vodka tradition. After that DJ Vox Polonia didn’t have a trouble keeping Bride, groom and their guests on the dance floor of Terrace on the Park. We left after the cake cutting but from what I heard party ended with an extension! 🙂
