The Bride looked like she’d stepped out of a classic film in her silk Mikado gown and cathedral-length veil—but with the biggest, most infectious laugh that made every photo sparkle with joy.
Their day was all heart, from their first look to the wild dance party at the night’s end. They brought big energy, bigger love, and a tight-knit crew of friends and family who knew how to celebrate.
It all started few months prior when I took engagement photos in DUMBO for them. We started under the canopy of beautiful old trees near the putting green. They gave us the perfect shade needed for the first look. Next up: just a walk away, the stone pathway that winds alongside the clubhouse—it’s got this classic charm and perfect symmetry that frames couples beautifully. I just love the light here in the late afternoon. Chef’s kiss. We also snuck away to the golf course (yes, a New York golf course wedding can be chic!).

An old classic stone bridge on the way is a must-have stop for those romantic and airy wedding pictures. With a bit of wind, Amy’s vial flew in the air. Dramatic, romantic, and timeless wedding pictures like these are truly made for a full spread of their heirloom album.

Only for this spot would I come to this wedding venue repeatedly. Wooden weathered fence, tall grasses with a golf course view space behind. It’s so quiet in this location that you can forget you are at a busy Long Island golf course.

I spotted a perfect photo location when returning to the clubhouse for the upcoming outdoor wedding ceremony. With just a glimpse of course green and sky, I could put a spotlight on this lovely couple.

The ceremony took place on the terrace just behind the clubhouse—an outdoor wedding venue that feels grand and intimate. With white florals lining the aisle and the view stretching out to classic Jewish chuppah, it was a perfect setting for this Bride and Groom to say “-YES”. And oh, the emotions.
During the ceremony, there were plenty of laughs and candid moments for me to capture. At the end, when I took a picture of the bride-to-be, it was very spontaneous, showing their happiness at leaving with Matt and all the guests cheering them. I waited a short while to take a photo of two of them going towards the ballroom. Epic! Fresh Meadow Country Club’s wedding ceremony was officially transitioned to the cocktail hour and reception.
